Pomeron

The POMERON is a hypothetical particle named in 1961 after the Russian physicist Isaak Pomeranchuk. Carrying no charge and thought to have spin 2, the dynamic pomeron is related to our understanding of quantum chromodynamics (QCD) and is currently thought of more as “pomeron behavior” than an actual particle candidate. It may actually be composed of glueballs.

This is a made-to-order, custom particle and an additional custom order fee will be required. Please email particle@particlezoo.net to inquire about custom orders.
